The LGBTA Student Resource Center is seeking a Coordinator to be responsible for the design and implementation of educational programming and outreach to LGBTA underserved populations on campus including, but not limited to, racial and ethnic minorities, religious and spiritual groups, fraternities and sororities and student athletes. The job will coordinate outreach efforts to high school Gay Straight Alliance programs and community groups. In addition, the Coordinator will oversee the design and implementation of evening programming, Monday through Thursday evenings. Will advise student groups, supervise student interns and assist with outreach and programming in the Center and on campus.
Requires Master's degree or equivalent, plus one year of work-related experience. A background working with underserved populations and LGBTA students in a college environment preferred. This is a fixed-term appointment funded through June 30, 2012 with possibility of re-funding.
